R G Kajarekar, born on August 3, 1934, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch, Gujarat cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Commerce and a Diploma in Taxation. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Development Officer, Additional Collector, Deputy Director, and Deputy Secretary in the Urban Development department of Gujarat from December 1, 1987, to August 1, 1992. His extensive experience in administrative roles contributed to the governance and development efforts within the state.
