R D Srivastava, born on 22 May 1950, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 batch of the AGMUT cadre. He holds a Ph.D. in Physics. During his career, he served in various capacities including Chairman & Managing Director, Additional Commissioner, Executive Director, Director, and Officer on Special Duty to the Minister. His most recent position was Secretary in the Labour Department from 13 January 2010 to 31 May 2010.
