He holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities throughout his career. His past positions include Divisional Commissioner and CEO. Most recently, he held the designation of Member Secretary in Maharashtra. Jahagirdar's career reflects his long-standing service in the Indian Administrative Service within the Maharashtra cadre.
