R D Devakar, born on November 7, 1957, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1996 Maharashtra cadre. A graduate by education, he has served in various capacities including Managing Director, Additional Commissioner, Additional Development Commissioner, and CEO. His most recent designation was Project Officer at the AIDS Control Society in Maharashtra. Throughout his career, Devakar contributed to the administration of the state government before retiring from service.
