R D Ahirwar, born on March 2, 1939, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1981 Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds graduate degrees in Law and English, along with a postgraduate degree in Economics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Project Officer, Sub-Divisional Officer, Additional Collector, District Collector, Deputy Secretary, Joint Secretary, and Administrator. His most recent position was Director Equivalent in the Urban Development department of Madhya Pradesh from September 1, 1994, to March 31, 1997. Mr. Ahirwar’s extensive service reflects a diverse administrative experience within the state government.
