R C Sinha, born on 27 May 1938, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1962 Maharashtra cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Economics, a Diploma in Urban Planning, and a graduate degree in English. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Assistant Collector, Deputy Secretary, District Collector, General Manager, Joint Secretary, Director, Secretary, Vice Chairman & Managing Director, and Joint Secretary. His most recent designation was Managing Director in the Corporate Affairs department of Maharashtra.
