R C Jeph, born on June 11, 1935, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1981 batch, Rajasthan cadre. He served in the General Administration Department (Personnel) and held the position of Deputy Secretary at Rajasthan from November 1, 1990, to June 1, 1993. Throughout his career, he contributed to the administrative functions within his cadre until his retirement.
