R C Choudhary, born on April 15, 1939, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1987 batch, Bihar cadre. He served in the Human Resources Department and held the position of Director from July 1, 1995, to April 30, 1997. Mr. Choudhary is a graduate and dedicated his career to public service within the IAS framework.
