R Bhattacharjee, born on July 1, 1944, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1991 batch, assigned to the A G M U T cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served in various administrative roles, including Under Secretary. His most recent position was Deputy Secretary at Mizoram, where he served from July 1, 2000, to June 30, 2004. Throughout his career, Bhattacharjee contributed to the administrative functions within his cadre until his retirement.
