R B Dave, born on 25 June 1950, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1998 batch, Gujarat cadre. He served in various capacities including District Collector and Additional Commercial Tax Commissioner. His most recent position was Joint Secretary in the Agriculture and Cooperation Department at Gandhinagar, Gujarat, from 7 November 2009 to 30 June 2010. A graduate by education, Mr. Dave contributed to the administration of Gujarat state during his tenure.
