Qummer Ul Zaman Choudhary, born on November 3, 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 Rajasthan cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Civil Engineering from NIT. Currently, he serves as Joint Secretary to Government and Mission Director of Jal Jeevan Mission in the Public Health Engineering Department, Rajasthan, Jaipur. Fluent in Hindi, Choudhary continues to contribute to the state's administrative functions.
