Pyar Chand Balai, born on September 3, 1945, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1987 Rajasthan cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including District Collector and District Magistrate, Managing Director, Director, Deputy Secretary, and Registrar. His most recent position was as a Member at the Board of Revenue, Rajasthan, from February 13, 2004, to September 30, 2005. Throughout his career, Balai contributed to the administrative framework of Rajasthan until his retirement.
