Purushottam Aggarwal, born on November 7, 1954, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 Rajasthan cadre. He served in various capacities including District Collector and District Magistrate, Managing Director, Director, Special Secretary, Commissioner, Secretary, Chairman, and Principal Secretary. His most recent role was Principal Secretary at Jaipur, Rajasthan, from October 3, 2012, to November 30, 2014, within the Public Health Engineering Department. He holds an LL.B. in Law, a Graduate degree in Commerce, and an M.B.A. in Business Administration from the UK.
