Purna Chandra Kishan, born on 26 June 1974, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2005 Rajasthan cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree from IIT Kharagpur. Currently, he serves as Secretary in the Labour and Factories Department, Rajasthan, a position he assumed on 20 March 2026. Throughout his career, he has held various roles including Director, Mission Director, District Collector and District Magistrate, Assistant Collector, Joint Secretary, Secretary to Government, and APO after returning from deputation. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Oriya. Purna Chandra Kishan continues to serve in the IAS.
