Purna Chandra Kishan, born on 26 June 1974, is a 2005 batch IAS officer of the Rajasthan cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree from IIT Kharagpur. Currently serving as APO (After Return from Deputation) since 29 December 2026, he has held various positions including Assistant Collector, Mission Director, District Collector and District Magistrate, Joint Secretary, Secretary to Government, and Director. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Oriya, Purna Chandra Kishan continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
