Purna Borah, born on January 5, 1989, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, serving in the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Electronics and Communication from the National Institute of Technology Silchar. Currently, he is the Chief Development Officer at Bijnor, a position he has held since June 28, 2022. Purna Borah continues to serve in his administrative capacity within the Indian Administrative Service.
