Puran Chand Sharma, born on April 3, 1952, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1980 batch, Uttarakhand cadre. He holds a graduate degree in English. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Assistant, Sub-Divisional Officer, Joint Secretary, District Collector and Magistrate, Director, Secretary, Special Secretary, Secretary to the Chief Minister, Principal Secretary, and Secretary.
