Punya Salila Srivastava, born on 25 September 1970, is a 1993 batch IAS officer of the AGMUT cadre. She holds a B.Sc. and a postgraduate degree in Physics from Delhi University. Currently serving as Secretary at the Department of Health and Family Welfare, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, New Delhi since 2 July 2025, she has previously held the position of Additional Secretary. Fluent in English and Hindi, Ms. Srivastava continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
