Punya Salila Srivastava, born on 25 September 1970, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1993 batch, AGMUT cadre. She holds a B.Sc. and P.G. degree in Physics from Delhi University. Currently, she serves as Secretary at the Department of Health and Family Welfare, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, New Delhi, since 2 July 2025. Throughout her career, she has held various positions including Additional Secretary, Special Secretary, Joint Secretary, Principal Secretary, Commissioner, Director, Deputy Secretary, Deputy Commissioner, Private Secretary, and Managing Director. She is proficient in English and Hindi.
