Pulkit Garg, born on 16 August 1992, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2016 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Civil Engineering from IIT Delhi. Currently, he serves as the District Magistrate of Chitrakoot, Uttar Pradesh, a position he has held since 28 October 2025. Prior to this, he has held roles including Assistant Secretary and Vice Chairman. Pulkit Garg continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
