Pulkit, born on 17 September 1997, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2022 batch, assigned to the Sikkim cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree. Currently, he serves as the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) at Gyalshing in the Land Revenue and Disaster Management Department, a position he assumed on 30 November 2024. Pulkit continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to administrative functions within his cadre.
