Probhudutta David Pradhan, born on 28 March 1964, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2007 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree. Currently, he serves as Secretary in the North Bengal Development Department, a position he has held since 28 October 2021. Throughout his career, he has also held the roles of Secretary and Commissioner. He remains in active service.
