Priyatu Mandal, born on March 11, 1980, is a 2006 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Himachal Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.A. and M.A. from Jadavpur University, Kolkata. Currently, he serves as the Director & Head of the Dr. Syama Prashad Mookerjee National Institute of Water and Sanitation, Kolkata, a position he assumed on August 19, 2024.
