Pritha Sarkar, born on November 24, 1962, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2002 batch, West Bengal cadre. She served in various capacities including Managing Director, District Magistrate, District Collector and Magistrate, Additional Secretary, Commissioner, and Joint Secretary. Her most recent designation was Commissioner in the Department of Municipal Administration and Urban Development, a position she held from January 1, 2018. Throughout her career, Sarkar contributed to the administrative framework of West Bengal until her retirement.
