Pritam Chand Kapoor, born on April 8, 1954, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 batch, Himachal Pradesh cadre. He holds postgraduate degrees in Economics and Business Administration, along with a graduate degree in Agriculture. Kapoor served in various capacities including Additional Chief Secretary in the Social Justice and Empowerment Department from July 2013 to April 2014. His extensive career encompassed roles such as Principal Secretary, Secretary, Managing Director, Chief Electoral Officer, Commissioner & Secretary, Deputy Commissioner, and Resident Commissioner, among others. His diverse administrative experience spans multiple departments and responsibilities within the Himachal Pradesh government.
