Prem Kumar V R, born on 18 July 1988, is an IAS officer of the 2014 Kerala cadre. He holds a B.E. in Electronics and Communication from Anna University. Currently, he serves as Deputy Director at LBSNAA since 11 July 2024. His past roles include Director, Managing Director, Additional Chief Electoral Officer, District Collector and Magistrate, Deputy Chief Electoral Officer, Secretary, Housing Commissioner, Additional Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer, Additional District Magistrate, Sub Collector, and Assistant Secretary. He is proficient in Tamil and Malayalam and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
