Prem Kumar Gera, born on 26 November 1959, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1985 Gujarat cadre. He holds a B.Sc. in Electronics and a postgraduate degree in Economics from Kurukshetra University, along with a National Security certificate from the National Defence College. His extensive career includes roles such as District Collector, Deputy Secretary, Director, Joint Secretary, Resident Commissioner, and Managing Director. He served as Managing Director of Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals Limited (GACL) in Vadodara from 17 February 2016 to 30 November 2019.
