Prem Krishnan S, born on 15 May 1986, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2017 Kerala cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Electronics and Telecom Engineering from the University of Kerala and a part-time PGDBA in Marketing from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning. Currently, he serves as the District Collector at Pathanamthitta since 1 March 2024. His previous roles include Assistant Secretary, Assistant Collector, and Executive Magistrate. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
