Prem Chandra Chaudhary, born on July 1, 1982, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 Odisha cadre. He holds a B.A. degree from Dr. R.M.L Avadh University, Fazabad. Currently, he serves as the Commissioner-cum-Secretary to the Government of Odisha in the Fisheries and Animal Resources Development Department since February 6, 2026. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Director, State Project Director, CEO, Officer on Special Duty, Municipal Commissioner, District Collector and Magistrate, Director & Special Secretary, Sub Collector, and Managing Director. He is proficient in Hindi and remains in active service.
