Prem Chandra Chaudhary, born on July 1, 1982, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2010 batch, serving in the Odisha cadre. He holds a B.A. degree from Dr. R.M.L. Avadh University, Faizabad. Currently, he is the Commissioner-cum-Secretary to the Government of Odisha in the Fisheries and Animal Resources Development Department, a position he has held since February 6, 2026. His previous roles include serving as Director. He is proficient in Hindi and continues to serve in the IAS.
