Prem Chand Meena, born on June 2, 1960, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1984 Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree in History, a postgraduate degree in Political Science, and a Certificate in Cost Accounting. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Secretary, Commissioner, and Managing Director. His most recent role was Additional Chief Secretary in the Jail Department of Madhya Pradesh from August 31, 2015, to June 30, 2020. His extensive experience spans multiple administrative and leadership positions within the state government.
