Preeti Yadav, an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2014 batch from the Punjab cadre, was born on 30 September 1989. She holds a B.D.S. degree from Maharshi Dayanand University Rohtak and M.D. from M.D. Science University Rohtak. Currently, she serves as the Special Secretary in the Department of Employment Generation, Skill Development and Training, Punjab, since 16 February 2026. Her previous roles include Assistant Secretary, AC with DC, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Additional Secretary, Additional Chief Administrator, SDO/SDM, Managing Director, and Deputy Commissioner. She received the Skoch Order of Merit for the Navdisha campaign at Malerkotla, Sangr
