Preeti Goyal, born on 20 June 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, West Bengal cadre. She holds a graduate degree in Medical and Dental studies. Currently, she serves as the Senior Special Secretary in the Health and Family Welfare Department of West Bengal since 23 March 2026. Throughout her career, she has held various positions including Sub Divisional Officer, Officer on Special Duty, and Assistant Secretary. She continues to contribute to the administrative framework of West Bengal in her current role.
