Pravin Kumar, born on 20 September 1979, is a 2006 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Sc. degree from Delhi University. Throughout his career, he has served in various capacities including Assistant Collector, Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer, Commissioner & Director, District Collector and Magistrate, Project Officer, Sub Collector, and Secretary to Government. Currently, he is the Resident Commissioner at Andhra Pradesh Bhavan, a position he has held since 8 September 2025. He is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
