Pratyush Pandey, born on 25 January 1996, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2020 batch, serving in the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree and is proficient in Hindi. Currently, he is the Special Secretary in the Reorganization and Coordination Department of Uttar Pradesh, a position he has held since 23 December 2025. His previous roles include Assistant Secretary and Chief Development Officer. Pandey continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the administration of Uttar Pradesh.
