Pratishtha Mamgain, born on 13 August 1995, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, allocated to the Chhattisgarh cadre. She holds a B.A. Honours degree in Economics from the University of Delhi. Currently, she serves as the Collector at Bemetara, Chhattisgarh, a position she has held since 16 December 2025. Fluent in Hindi, Pratishtha has previously held the role of Collector. She continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
