Pratishtha Mamgain, born on 13 August 1995, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, assigned to the Chhattisgarh cadre. She holds a B.A. Honours degree in Economics from the University of Delhi. Currently, she serves as the Collector at Bemetara, Chhattisgarh, a position she has held since 16 December 2025. Fluent in Hindi, Mamgain continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of her cadre.
