Pratibha Rani, born on 18 August 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra. Currently, she is the Collector and District Magistrate of Sheohar, Bihar, a position she has held since 10 December 2025. Previously, she served as a Project Director. Pratibha Rani is proficient in Hindi and continues to serve in the IAS.
