Prathamesh Kumar, born on April 8, 1992, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2016 batch, serving in the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Sc. in Physics from IGNO University, New Delhi. Currently, he is the Vice Chairman of the Lucknow Development Authority, a position he assumed on July 13, 2024. Prior to this, he served as an Assistant Secretary. Prathamesh Kumar continues to contribute to public administration within the state of Uttar Pradesh.
