Prashant Trivedi, born on 28 June 1963, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. A graduate in Mechanical Engineering, he served in various capacities including Assistant Magistrate, Chief Officer, Joint Secretary, District Magistrate, Divisional Commissioner, Vice Chairman, Secretary, and Additional Chief Secretary. His most recent role was Additional Chief Secretary and Commissioner at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, in the Finance Department from 13 May 2023 to 30 June 2023. Throughout his career, he held several principal secretary equivalent positions, contributing to the administration of Uttar Pradesh.
