Prashant Raj Shukla, born on April 19, 1994, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2017 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds a B.Com. in Accountancy from Calcutta University and is a Chartered Accountant certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Delhi. Currently, he serves as the ADM at South 24 Parganas, West Bengal, a position he has held since October 27, 2025. His previous roles include Assistant Secretary, Junior Scale, and Additional District Magistrate. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
