Prashant Panwar, born on December 1, 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2015 batch, Haryana cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Delhi and a Master in Business Administration in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi. Throughout his career, he has served in various capacities including ADC, SDO, Assistant Secretary, and Assistant Commissioner. Since September 8, 2025, he has been serving as the CEO of the Haryana Parivar Pehchan Authority. He continues to be in active service.
