Prashant Goyal, born on 25 July 1967, is a 1993 batch IAS officer of the AGMUT cadre. He holds a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from REC Jaipur, an M.A. in Economics, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Policy and Management. Currently serving as the Additional Chief Secretary at Delhi in the Food and Civil Supplies department since 9 April 2026, he has previously held positions including Financial Commissioner and Principal Secretary Cum Commissioner. Proficient in English and Hindi, Prashant Goyal continues to contribute to the Indian Administrative Service.
