Born on September 11, 1980, he holds a B.D.S. from Govt. Dental College, an LL.B. from Shivaji University, Kolhapur, and an LL.M. from Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune. His past roles include Commissioner, Joint Managing Director, Managing Director, District Collector, and Under Secretary.
