Prasant Kumar Arya, born on 26 November 1977, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2017 batch, serving in the Uttarakhand cadre. He holds an M.Sc. in Mathematics. Currently, he is the Additional Secretary in the Women Empowerment and Child Development Department, a position he has held since 19 August 2023. Mr. Arya continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Uttarakhand.
