Pranay Singh, born on 27 June 1989, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2015 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Networks and an MBA in Organisational Behaviour from Delhi University, as well as an M.A. in Public Management from Jawaharlal Nehru University. Currently, he serves as the District Magistrate of Kasganj, Uttar Pradesh, a position he has held since 29 July 2025. His previous roles include Sub Divisional Officer, Additional Secretary, and Additional Commissioner (Admin). He is actively serving in the Indian Administrative Service.
