Pranav Kumar, born on October 11, 1977, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 Bihar cadre. He holds a B.A. in Sanskrit and is proficient in English and Hindi. Throughout his career, he has served in various capacities including Chief Executive Officer, Deputy Development Commissioner, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sub-Divisional Officer, and District Magistrate & Collector. As of January 17, 2025, he is serving as the Secretary of the Art, Culture and Youth Department in Bihar. He continues to contribute to the state's administration in his current role.
