Pramod Narayan Jha, born on 27 June 1948, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer of the 1993 Bihar cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree. During his career, he served in various capacities including Director, Deputy Development Commissioner, and Additional Secretary. His most recent position was Additional Secretary in the Labour Department from 9 January 2007 to 30 June 2008.
