Pramod Kumar Upadhyay, born on 27 July 1968, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2009 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He is currently serving as Secretary in the Social Welfare Department of Uttar Pradesh since 29 July 2025. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Special Secretary, Secretary Director, Managing Director, and District Magistrate. Mr. Upadhyay continues to contribute to the administration of Uttar Pradesh in his ongoing service.
