Pramod Kumar Mohanty, born on April 27, 1950, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1991 Odisha cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Economics and a graduate degree in Political Science. During his career, he served in various capacities including Joint Secretary, Officer on Special Duty to the Chief Minister, Personal Secretary to the Chief Minister, and Special Secretary to the Chief Minister. His most recent position was Commissioner & Secretary in the Information Technology Department from May 27, 2008, to April 30, 2010.
