Pramod Kumar Jain, born on 15 January 1958, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1985 batch, Jammu & Kashmir cadre. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Joint Secretary, Financial Commissioner, Commissioner & Secretary, Divisional Commissioner, Chief Electoral Officer, Managing Director, Special Secretary, Director, Deputy Commissioner, Additional Secretary, Additional Deputy Commissioner, and Sub-Divisional Magistrate. His most recent position was Chairperson of the Water Resources Department from 15 November 2017 to 31 January 2018.
