Pramod Kumar Anand, born on 26 September 1954, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 Rajasthan cadre. He holds graduate degrees in Physics and postgraduate degrees in Economics and Physics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Joint Secretary, Principal Resident Commissioner, Resident Commissioner, Private Secretary, Divisional Commissioner, Special Secretary, Director, Additional Development Commissioner, Joint Development Commissioner, District Collector and Magistrate, Managing Director, CEO, Additional Collector, and SDO. His most recent role was Senior Adviser at Rajasthan in the Department of Planning and Programme Implementation from 26 July 2013 to 30 September 2014.
