Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector and Magistrate, Additional Commissioner, Director, Additional Director, Special Secretary, and Secretary. His most recent position was Secretary in the Medical Education Department from 23 August 2006 to 31 August 2007. Mr. Dikshit’s extensive administrative experience spans multiple leadership roles within the Uttar Pradesh government.
