Prakash Chandra Srivastava, born on 10 April 1964, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2009 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He served in the Department of Planning and Programme Implementation. His most recent designation was Special Secretary at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, commencing on 29 September 2023. Prior to this, he held the position of Additional Inspector General.
